..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2025 to sub divide and allot a separate joint patta for the property of the petitioner to a total extent of 28 cents situated in joint patta No.824 in Survey No. 136/4A1C1 extent of 0.06.66 acres (16 1⁄2 cent) and 136/5A1A Extent of 0.04.72 acres (11 1⁄2 cent) at Zuzuvadi village, Hosur taluk, Krishnagiri District.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to sub-divide and allot a separate joint patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this Writ Petition in support of the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. 3.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.

and for the issuance of the separate joint patta for the said property after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
