JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 22.01.2019 made in A.S. No.10 of 2016 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, confirming the judgment and decree dated 18.12.2015 made in O.S. No.64 of 2014 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Rasipuram.

2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, along with the Settlement Agreement dated 17.11.2025 entered into between the parties, duly signed by both the appellant and the respondent and their counsel, is filed and the same is recorded and scanned hereunder:

3. The Second Appeal in S.A. No.209 of 2023 is disposed of in accordance with the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree in S.A.No.209 of 2023. No costs.
