This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed in para 18 sub clause No.(ii) of the order in Crl.R.C.No.735 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 alternatively direct the petitioner to produce the driving license or passport instead of Aadhaar Card for the return of vehicle.

2. This Court by order dated 16.09.2020 in Crl.R.C.No.735 of 2020 had directed the petitioner to return the vehicle and in para 18 of the said order five conditions were imposed. The 2nd condition is as follows:- "the petitioner Siddharth Dube and the sureties shall affix their photographs and give the copies of their Adhar Card before the Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor."

3. It is represented that the petitioner is NRI and he is yet to apply for Aadhar Card and instead of submitting his Aadhar Card he is willing to produce the copy of his passport.

4. Considering the submission, the petitioner shall submit a copy of his passport instead of submitting his Aadhar Card and during submission of photocopy of the passport, the original Passport of the petitioner to be produced for verification. The original passport after verification be be returned to the petitioner. The trial Court shall retain the photocopy of the passport as condition of surety. The other conditions imposed in Crl.R.C.No.735 of 2020, dated 16.09.2020, remains unaltered.
