Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the conditions imposed the Petitioner shall report before respondent police monthly once until further orders by this Hon`ble Court while granting relaxation in Crl.M.P.No.899 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25702/2021 vide order dated 30.01.2022 and pass such other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NIRMAL ADITYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.899 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25702 of 2021 on 31.01.2022 to report before the respondent police monthly once, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
