This petition has been filed to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.8887 of 2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
