This application has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as, District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vikaravandi instead of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram in Crl.O.P.No.13297 of 2022 order dated 09.06.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.13297 of 2022, dated 09.06.2022 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, the petitioner are directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 18.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
