ORDER
This petition has been filed to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.04.2010 and to take appropriate action against one Anandan in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the complaint has been lodged as early as on 24.04.2010 and the respondent police are not able to trace out the complaint. Hence, the petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint in person to the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, as laid down in the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. If the complaint discloses any cognizable offence, a regular case shall be registered.
