Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider their representation dated 03.09.2015 seeking computer patta in its name with respect to property at Somangalam "A" Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District bearing Survey Nos.251/1, comprised in patta No 443, measuring an extent of 3 acres 5 cents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2015 seeking for computer patta, the respondent has not issued the same yet.

4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2015 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
