O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 10.04.2024 passed in I.A.No.315 of 2024 in O.S.No.232 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Vellore. 1/4

2. The petitioner has filed an application under Order XVI, Rule 1 and Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code, to examine the Inspector of Surveyor and another witness and the same was dismissed by the trial Court. Aggrieved by the order passed by the trial Court, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. The petitioner is the defendant in the suit in O.S.No.232 of 2014 and the same is posted for arguments on 03.06.2024.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing the Civil Revision Petition, but his only request before this Court is to fix a time frame directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that I.A.No.315 of 2024 has to be allowed in the interest of justice and the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Vellore, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.232 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 30.05.2024 asi/uma To The Additional District Munsif Court, Vellore.
