(CR.NO.1458 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that imposed on him in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1056 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police monthly once i.e on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DEEPIKA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1056 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19707 of 2021 on 03.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
