ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent objected for condoning the delay of 93 days.

3. Since the connected batch of cases have been numbered, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 23.06.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for hearing" on 24.06.2025, along with WA.No.1080 of 2025 etc. batch, if the same is otherwise in order.
