This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the information report dated 02.05.2016 in CSR No.130 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is a legally qualified person and that he is a tenant under the opposite party. On the complaint dated 02.05.2016 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.130 of 2016.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after the period of tenancy, this petitioner has not evicted the premises, but he is installing CCTV camera in the house without the permission of the landlord and is also obstructing the entry of the co-tenants.

5. The complaint dated 02.05.2016 given by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuing a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, this petition is closed.
