Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in Letter NO.8317/MP.II (2)/2014-2 dated 27.08.2014 and the order of second respondent in R.C.No.3481/10/M1, dated 18.02.2014 confirming the order of the third respondent in Proceedings R.C.No.7583/E5/09 dated 08.01.2010 and quash the same and thereby directing the respondents not to recover the alleged excess payment and to sanction all the consequential benefits.
