This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein viz. the Inspector of Police, H3 Tondiarpet Police Station (Law and Order), Chennai to register a case against the said R.Purushothaman on the basis of the complaint given to the respondents herein on 23.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 23.12.2014 before the 1st respondent. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 11.01.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
