ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294b, 307, 323, 324, 326 and 506(2) in Crime No. 147 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that totally there are seven accused in this case. It is alleged that there was a land dispute between the petitioners' family and the defacto complainant's family, due to which, petitioners along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant using knife and iron rod. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the victim sustained grievous injuries and was admitted in the hospital and further the two wheeler, which is belong to the victim was also damaged by the accused persons. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners and the injuries sustained by the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
