When it was pointed out that neither insurance policy based on which the claim for compensation is made has been produced nor the details of the same have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and the Third Respondent has been unnecessarily added as party in his personal capacity, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the claim made in this Writ Petition with proper details in appropriate legal proceedings before the competent forum and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
