JUDGMENT

When the matter was posted on 17.06.2016 under the caption 'for Undefended Board', there was no representation either on behalf of the plaintiff or on behalf of the defendants. The defendants were served as early as in February 2008. However, they are not represented by counsel. The plaintiff is also not represented either in person or through counsel even though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Hence, the suit is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. No costs.
