O R D E R

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),323,307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.595 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution that due to the previous enmity regarding financial dispute the petitioners along with other accused assaulted defacto complainant and caused head injury. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to financial dispute. He would further submit that the injured was discharged from hospital. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would vehemently opposed the incident. He would further submit that the petitioner along with the other accused assaulted defacto complainant and caused head injury . He would also submit that A4 in this case was arrested and still in custody. Hence, he vehemently opposed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the above submission so made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
