CRIME NO.1 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on 6.6.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11097/2022 in Criime No.1/2021 on the file of the CPCID Metro, egmore, Chennai-600 008 that the petitioner should sign before the Respondent police every day morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V BALU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11097 of 2022 on 06.06.2022, to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
