This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31586 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore on first working day of every month, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31586 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore on first working day of every month, until further orders is relaxed.
