The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 of IPC and Section 5(j)(ii) r/w 6(1) of POCSO Act in Crime No.1 of 2024 on the file of the respondent/police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that on 31.01.2024, the defacto complainant/victim girl had lodged a complaint alleging that the petitioner has sexually abused her on 20.08.2023. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is not connected with the offence and he is falsely implicated in this case. He would cooperate with the investigation. He is a law abiding citizen and hails from a decent family and he is ready to abide by any stringent conditions imposed by this Court. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

ah 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner herein sexually abused the victim girl, who is aged about 15 years, by which she became pregnant.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials available on record. 6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and considering the gravity of the offence and also taking note of the fact that the case is at initial stage and it needs detailed investigation.
