The present Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of Deceased Mrs.Nirmala, 1st respondent in O.P.No.214 of 2024, namely 1.Mr.Ganesh Sundararaman 2.Mrs.Suresh Sundararaman and 3.Mrs.Shanthi Sridharan as Respondents 7, 8 and 9.

2. M/s.A.Rexy Josephine Mary, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the proposed respondents 6 to 8, who are the legal heirs of the deceased and would seek time to file vakalat on their behalf.

Considering the fact that the proposed respondents are the Legal Heirs of the deceased 1st respondent, the application in A.No.3622 of 2025 in O.P.No.214 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for. 30.07.2025 (2/3) kak Note: Necessary amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
