O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to provide necessary police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2016 and 10.07.2016 in ensuring the rights, safety and the personal liberty of the people and office bearers Concordia Lutheran Church, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on account of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

persistent dispute in the Church, the first respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.62 of 2016 u/s 107 Cr.P.C. and have referred the case to the Sub Collector, Tiruppathur for further action.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law before the Sub Collector.
