At the instance of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company, these cases are posted today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company and perused the order.

3. After end of Paragraph No.15 of the order, "interest is restricted to 7.5% per annum".

4. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out necessary correction in the above said order.

5. The appellant/claimant is permitted to withdraw the compensation awarded by the Tribunal.
