The petitioner herein seeks police protection regarding enjoyment of the property. In view of the dispute between the petitioner and the adjacent land owners, the police has enquired the complaint and both the parties shall work out the remedy before the competent Civil Court and till the outcome of the civil suit, they will not disturb each other. Therefore, no specific order for police protection is required, Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
