This petition has been filed to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the 1st respondent, his men and agents from in any way alienating or creating an encumbrance over the schedule mentioned property, which is the subject matter in O.S.No.51 of 2015 on the file of the learned First Additional District Judge, Tirupppur.

2.It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the main appeal and the case is ripe for final hearing and ordered to be so listed, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
