This application has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as, Subash @ Subakar instead of Subash in Crl.O.P.No.13443 of 2022 order dated 13.06.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.13443 of 2022, dated 13.06.2022 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, the petitioner are directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 18.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
