ORDER

(Order of the Court made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Dr.Krishnamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner; Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (i/c) for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is that the representation dated 28.05.2019 addressed to the Commissioner of Greater Chennai Corporation i.e., the first respondent, be disposed of expeditiously.

3. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 stated that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the concerned authority, after giving notice to respondent No.5, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, no further orders are necessary, hence, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.16167 of 2019 is closed.
