The second defendant in the suit in O.S.No.243/2014 on the file of District Munsif Court, Mettur has filed the above Civil Revision Petition, challenging the return of the Copy Applications in CA No.1363/2016, made by the Registry of the District Munsif Court, Mettur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of representing the copy applications, on three occasions, the District Munsif Court, Mettur has not issued the certified copies, sought for by the second defendant.

Since the Registry of the District Munsif Court, Mettur has not issued the certified copies to the petitioner, I give liberty to the petitioner to make his submissions before the District Munsif, Mettur for getting certified copies of the documents. With these observations, the civil revision petition is disposed of.

The petitioner shall make his submissions before the District Munsif, Mettur within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the District Munsif, Mettur is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within two days thereafter.
