ORDER:This Writ Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, in pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 26/08/2021 made herein in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, Government Advocate for the Appellant, this Court made the following order;

This Court vide order dated 26.08.2021, disposed of this Writ Appeal and the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "For Compliance" today.

2.Today, Mr.Tippu Sultan, learned State Government Counsel, has produced the Compliance report by enclosing the proceedings dated 30.09.2021, wherein the request of the writ petitioner was rejected.

3.Hence, no further orders are required. It is made clear that if the Writ Petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law. The Appellant is directed to communicate the proceedings to the Writ Petitioner by way of Speed Post, within a period of one week from today.
