The present Application has been filed to permit the petitioner to bring on record the Affidavit of Mr.Vijayaragahavan as the 2nd Attesting witness of the Will dated 12.01.1998 in the O.P.No.214 of 2024.

2. M/s.A.Rexy Josephine Mary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that she has no objection in allowing the said application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.3621 of 2025 in O.P.No.214 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
