ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the summons issued by the third respondent in order to initiate surcharge proceedings under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.
2. It is seen that after vacating the interim order passed by this Court, now a final order has been passed by the respondents.
