Mr. N. Nithiyanandam, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents R1 and R5.

Though an endorsement was made in the petition, however, it is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the first and fifth respondent that no notice was served on them and the copy of the petition was not received by them and also the endorsement which has been made in the petition was not made by them. However, he appeared before this Court for the main writ petition.

After hearing both sides, it is only a petition filed to bring on record of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner herein, namely, Mr. K. Ramamoorthy in the above writ petition as petitioners. Page No.1 of 3

In the affidavit filed by the petitioners, that they have enclosed the copy of the death certificate and the legal heir certificate which are public documents and therefore, they are reliable. Hence, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. 6.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents is directed to file counter, if any. 7.

List the matter on 19.02.2024.
