Now, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents, on instructions would submit that the deficit stamp duty has already been recovered and the amount has been paid. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
