ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records of the respondent relating to FIR in Cr.No.306 of 2010, dated 05.11.2010 and quash the same.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner on 06.09.2017. Even today, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Govt.Advocate (Crl.side) has stated that the respondent-Inspector of Police, Sipcot Police Station, Vellore District has filed Final Report in respect of the F.I.R registered on 06.11.2010, in Crime No.306 of 2009 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, for the alleged offence under Sections 147,148,294(b),324,323,427 and 307 I.P.C against 20 accused.

4. He further submitted that A1, A5, A6, A7, A9, A10, A11, A12, A13, A14 and A20 were arrested by the respondent police and the other accused are absconding, after obtaining Anticipatory Bail.

5. Since, final report has been filed, I am not inclined to interfere with the F.I.R at this stage.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet, who shall deal with the issue in accordance with law and complete the formalities within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
