This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2020 and pass fresh orders as per the orders passed by this Court made in W.P.No.6854 of 2012 dated 18.01.2016. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.02.2020 and pass orders in line with the earlier direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.6854 of 2012, dated 18.01.2016.

2.When the matter was called today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents circulated the Government Order passed by the 2nd respondent in G.O.(2T). No.268, dated 09.12.2020. A copy of the Government Order was also served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The Government Order shall also be sent to the petitioner for his records.

3.Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate and also taking note of the Government Order passed by the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
