ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents to survey the subject property based on the online application submitted by the petitioner on 07.10.2024. 2.Heard Ms.N.Lavanya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3.The petitioner is relying upon the patta issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.1526. The petitioner submitted an online application by paying the necessary charges for survey and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
3/5 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st and 2 nd respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 07.10.2024 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the patta which already stands in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. If required, the 2 nd respondent can seek for police protection from the 4 th respondent.
