ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 11.01.2024 pending on the file of the second respondent. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 11.01.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5.Since no adverse order is being passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal and pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 11.01.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, after

hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
