2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Puducherry), appearing for the respondent strongly opposed for condoning the delay of 442 days in preferring Crl.A.SR.No.24258 of 2023.

3. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 442 days in preferring this appeal is condoned and Crl.M.P.No.7162 of 2023 is ordered.
