This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.557 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation in Crime No.557 of 2011 was completed by the respondent police and final report was also filed on 07.08.2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram, but the same was returned for certain compliances and he further submitted that the same was given to the police to represent the final report. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
