2. Considering the age of the 1st petitioner, who is aged about 80 years, and without going into the merits of the cases, this Court is inclined to grant the relief. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi, to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.125 of 2016 and 310 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts.
