2. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner against the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai dated 03.10.2018 passed in S.A.No.238 of 2017.
3. The petitioner has challenged the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal. In our view, the appropriate course would be to challenge the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. Hence, we are not inclined to interfere. It would be open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai before the Debt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, which shall consider the matter in accordance with law.
4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.16493 of 2019 is closed.
