O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned Government Pleader informs that the National Green Tribunal is already seized of the matter in Case No. 104 of 2015 in respect of the same quarry area and the mining is by the Public Works Department and the photographs relate to the yard storage.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, seeks to withdraw the petition and states that he will make necessary submissions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the National Green Tribunal.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
