This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2020 and the online complaint dated 05.09.2020 immediately by directing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents to remove the block in the manhole situated at the entrance of our street namely 1st Cross Street, Chinmaya Nagar, Virugambakkam, Chennai-600 092 and also direct the respondents to clean the debris and the bushes at the rear side of petitioner house and directing them to complete the compound wall work.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 01.09.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for removing the block in the manhole, clearing the debris and bushes and for completing the work of putting up the compound wall.

When the matter came up for hearing on 09.10.2020, this Court directed the respondents to immediately act upon the representation made by the petitioner and posted the matter today for reporting compliance.

It was represented by the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Chennai Corporation that the request made by the petitioner has been complied with and the same may be recorded by this Court.

Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation of Chennai, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
