Mr.S.Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the 1st Respondent/Decree Holder has produced a letter from Shriram Chits (India) Private Limited, Chennai, dated 09.07.2024 stating that the Judgment Debtor No.1/Selvarani has paid a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- in full quit of the claims in R.E.P.No.22 of 2017 in A.O.P.No.108 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court, Attur. As the decree has been satisfied, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this civil revision petition.

2. Recording the settlement, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
