ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, learned counsel, accepts notice for first respondent.
2. Heard on the application to condone the delay of 456 days in filing the appeal.
3. We find sufficient cause in paragraph 5 of the affidavit to condone the delay. Further, learned counsel for respondent has no objection to condone the delay. Application is allowed.
4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and list it for admission.
