Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the third respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.01.2015, as against Rasappa and his two sons, viz., Maharaja and Ellyaraja, Rasappa's wife Padmavathi, his daughter Rajapriya, Maharaja's wife Anandhi for offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 354 and 506 (ii) IPC and also under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 1998, and to safeguard the life of the petitioner and her daughters.
