2. It is seen from 'A' Diary extract that the accused was questioned under Section 313 Cr.P.C., on 04.08.2010. Thereafter, the case was adjourned incessantly and after a long gap, on 20.09.2013, the case was argued by the counsel appearing for the complainant. Thereafter, at the request of the accused, the case was adjourned for examination of the accused. Again, the case was adjourned periodically and the accused was also not ready to examine himself and Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against him on account of his continuous absence and the same was re-called and the accused entered appearance. Even then, no steps were taken by the Trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.5410 of 2010. Considering the above aspects, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the learned Judge, Fast Track Court No.III, Saidapet, Chennai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.5410 of 2010, on or before 30.04.2015.
