This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 5 to 7 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent as the respondents 5 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Considering the nature of averments in the affidavits filed along with these petitions and as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent has to be brought on record for proper adjudication in the Second Appeal, this petition is Ordered.

3. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. Notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 22.04.2026.
