PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in their proceedings No.3560/DCE/S2/FL2/2003-04/Vol-II dated 25.11.2015 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to supply liquor stocks as per the license on releasing the blocked Password in the website granted to the M/s.Wines enabling the petitioner to run the business as per license.
